Built for American Players Who Know the Game

pick4tx was shaped around one idea: a sports fan in Philadelphia shouldn't have to jump through hoops to place a same-game parlay on Sunday. We put your account, your wallet, and your markets in one clean mobile experience — available where state law permits.

How to Get Help With Your Account

When something on your account needs attention — a deposit that hasn't cleared, an identity verification step, or a question about your Play+ balance — these are the three ways to get to us. We aim to respond through each channel so you're not left waiting on game day.

Live Chat Open the chat icon from any page while logged in. It connects you to a real agent, not a bot loop, and works on mobile and desktop equally.
Email Support Send account questions to our support address from the Contact page. Attach a screenshot if your issue involves a payment or wallet step for faster handling.
Help Center The self-serve help section covers identity verification steps, PayPal deposit flow, Venmo withdrawal confirmation, and Play+ balance questions in plain language.

pick4tx What pick4tx Is Really About

What pick4tx Is Really About

We're a mobile-led platform that takes the friction out of sports betting and casino play for American accounts. The product started with a straightforward observation: returning users shouldn't have to re-learn the app every time they come back. So we kept paths short — your account dashboard is one tap from login, your PayPal and Venmo deposit options are pinned at the

top of the cashier, and your Play+ prepaid balance updates in real time. We built around NFL football first because that's what drives the most action, but you'll find NBA player props, MLB moneylines, and NHL point spreads alongside slots from Pragmatic Play and live dealer tables streamed by Evolution. Access depends on your state's current law and eligible regions — we

surface that at account creation so there's no guesswork. The brand voice is direct because we think you'd rather have clear information than marketing spin.

What We Actually Deliver on pick4tx

Trust on a platform like this comes from doing the basics right every single time. Here's what we hold ourselves to — specific operational things you can check against your own account experience.

Payments That Clear

PayPal and Venmo deposits reflect in your account wallet once the transfer confirms on your end. Play+ balances update in real time so you always see your current available funds.

Verified Withdrawals

Cashouts route back to the same PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ method you deposited with. Identity verification happens once at account level, not repeated at every withdrawal request.

State-Honest Access

We don't obscure eligibility. If your state isn't currently supported, we tell you at sign-up rather than at checkout. Access is determined by state law, not by us arbitrarily.

Consistent Mobile Experience

Your account session carries across devices without forcing a fresh login each time. Mid-session on mobile? Switch to your browser on desktop and the lobby picks up where you left off.

What People Ask Us About pick4tx

Real questions from people checking us out before opening an account. If yours isn't here, live chat or the help center will have a straight answer.

Access depends on your state's current laws and eligible regions. We confirm eligibility during account creation so you know before you deposit — not after.

We support PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ prepaid cards as the primary deposit and withdrawal rails. All three are visible in your cashier once your account is verified.

Verification is a one-time step tied to your account. Once cleared, it does not repeat for standard withdrawals. You'll need a government-issued ID and proof of address.

Yes — your session carries across devices. Log in on your phone, continue on a desktop browser. No feature is removed on mobile; the lobby is identical across both.

NFL football is where we put the most emphasis, with same-game parlays and player props. We also carry NBA, MLB, and NHL markets where state law permits betting activity.

Open live chat directly from your account dashboard and share the PayPal transaction reference. An agent will cross-check with the cashier and resolve it from there.
