LEGAL CONTACT PATHS

How to Reach Us on Legal or Policy Questions

If you have a question about our terms, want to request a copy of data we hold on your account, or need to flag a compliance concern, use the channels below. We route legal inquiries to a dedicated team separate from general account support, so your request gets to the right place without delay.

Live Chat — Account Help Start a chat session from your account dashboard. For legal or privacy queries, select 'Legal & Policy' from the topic menu so we route you correctly the first time.
Email — Legal Requests Send written requests — including data access, account closure, or terms clarification — to the legal contact address listed in your account settings under 'About & Legal'.
In-App Policy Center Your account app and mobile browser both carry a Policy Center shortcut under Settings. Current terms, privacy notices, and change logs are stored there and update automatically.
DATA & ACCOUNT SECURITY

How We Handle Your Data and Keep Your Account Secure

Account security and data handling sit at the center of our legal obligations to you. We use encrypted connections for every session, and your payment details — whether linked to PayPal, Venmo, or your Play+ card — are never stored in plain text on our servers. Here is what that means in practice across four areas.

Data Retention

We keep your account records for the period required under applicable state law. Once that window closes and your account is closed, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days of the legal retention deadline.

Cookie Use

We use session cookies to keep your login active across mobile and desktop. Analytics cookies are optional — you can adjust them anytime from the Cookie Preferences panel inside Settings without affecting your account access.

Account Security Steps

Every login triggers a one-time passcode to your registered phone or email. If you log in from a new device — say, switching from your phone to a desktop in Philadelphia — you confirm via that OTP before the session opens.

Requesting Your Data or Changes

Submit a data access or correction request through the Legal section of your account dashboard or via email. We respond within the timeframe your state's applicable privacy law requires — typically within 30-45 days.

Legal Questions We Hear Most Often

These answers cover the legal and policy questions that come up most often. For anything not listed here, use the live chat Legal & Policy route or the email address in your account settings.

Access depends entirely on your state's law. We check your location at the start of each session. If your state does not currently authorize this type of platform, you will see an eligibility notice when you try to log in.

We collect the details you provide during account setup — name, address, date of birth, email, and payment method identifiers for PayPal, Venmo, or Play+. We also log session activity as required by applicable state regulations.

Go to Settings, then 'About & Legal', and select 'Request My Data'. Alternatively, email the legal contact address shown there. We fulfill requests within the window your state's privacy law sets out.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the Policy Center in your account or via email. We retain records only for the period required by law, then delete or anonymize them — we will confirm the timeline when we receive your request.

Any wallet balance is returned to your linked PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ account through the same payment rail you used to deposit. We process that return before the account is fully closed, subject to any outstanding verification steps.

We send an email to your registered address before any material change takes effect. The updated terms also appear in your in-app Policy Center, and you will see a prompt to review and acknowledge them on your next login.
